Text Rendering pretty bad in GDI mode (pixelated) 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set LibreOffice in GDI mode (skia disabled) 
2. Open attachment 136317 [details]
3. Everything grayish pixeled

Actual Results:
Pixel-ed look

Expected Results:
GDI still a thing?

Able to repro? And is this actually relevant? Kind of proposed to drop GDI already. It's not looked after.. quality/perf of the results being deteriorating pretty fast

do not see an degradation in font rendering.

Could you add a screen clip or two to the specific area of text I should look at?
