Description: If you click on a text box (possibly other objects too), control handles and outline do not appear, making box resizing nearly impossible. I have to click all over the place until I get the invisible text box boundaries by luck. This is very dysfunctional and different than every other program I've ever used. Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a rectangle object 2. set border to invisible 3. type text into it (a little or a lot of text that overflows) 4. Click in the box the textbox boundaries do not appear nor are there control corners. Actual Results: No control corners, no object boundaries/contour/object outline (if transparent line). Expected Results: Use marching ants, different colored boxes or control corners to clearly delineate text box boundaries and ability to resize the box. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: [Information automatically included from LibreOffice] Locale: en-US Module: DrawingDocument [Information guessed from browser] OS: Windows (All) OS is 64bit: no

Can not confirm. The draw shape objects including a text box object, respond correctly. A single click within the shape but not on its text box will select the shape with borders. A double click there will change to text cursor of the contained text box. A single click on the text of a shape object, will enter text cursor mode with focus on the text. From there an <Esc> will restore the shape selection with its controls. My wording is a bit better since it shows intent more accurately. The duplicate item doesn't read like a bug, which it is. It's unusable the way it is.
