My bad, it is loaded in Word but because of the layout difference there is no text in the second column and in this case Word does not draw the separator line. Changing the images wrap manually to have some text in the second column makes the line visible.

Regarding to bug 146963 (which I markes as duplicate) problem doesn't appear in LO 4.1.0.4 so I add possibleRegression as keyword.
This is minor issue and special case. If image is slightly resized, you can see that behavior is ODT and DOCX is the same. True that behavior was changed in LO 4.2.
