Description:
Image anchor jumping unexpected position

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file.2
2. Go to page 6
3. Select the image with orange frame
4. press arrow down, arrow up (kind of OK)(should have been rendered this way on opening)
5. CTRL+Z everything (notice it isn't working)
6. File reload
7. Instead of arrow down/arrow up.. press arrow up. Image will jump to page 3

Actual Results:
Wrong rendering on file open.. image jumping to total different page

Expected Results:
More consistency
