CPU threads: 8; OS: Mac OS X 10.16; UI render: default; VCL: osx

gives the following error message:

Impossible d'établir la connexion à la source de données « TestEMP ».
firebird_sdbc error:
*lock manager error
caused by
'isc_create_database'

The file is created, can be saved, and can also be reloaded, but clicking on any of the basic icons on the left hand side of the main Base window brings up the same error.

The ODB file was saved to the Downloads folder.

Steps to Reproduce:
See above.

Actual Results:
An error message is displayed, and none of the basic main Base functionality is available to add tables, define queries, etc

Expected Results:
The database wizard should allow the user to access the main basic functions of the Base window interface without throwing an error.

Reproducible: Always

On pc Debian x86-64 with LO Debian package 7.0.4.2, I don't reproduce this.

I know nothing about LO Vanilla so can't help here.
=> uncc myself.

just wonder if the fix for tdf#140332 could help for this one too.

Hi Alex,
is this issue fixed after the fix for bug 140332 ?

The issue was only present in LO Vanilla, and there hasn't yet been a newer release that integrates the changes made in bug 140332 to my knowledge.
