Description:
Suddenly while writing a black artifact of irregular shape appears on the screen. You can see it here: https://imgur.com/a/8GQRTGq

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Haven't noticed a pattern yet

Actual Results:
It happens while typing in Web View (not sure about other modes). 

Expected Results:
The artifact should't be there


Reproducible: Sometimes
