Description: LO Prompted again to update. Got the v7 download. It installed 7.0.3.1 Opened an existing document file from 6.x Made a couple text changes. Hit the down arrow next to Save, to Save As... (intending to change it with filename20200104) Colored pinwheel + LibreOffice hangs 30 secs later pinwheel disappears Same thing with Menu > Save as ... Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Document 2. Click arrow besides Save icon to Save As ... 3. Colored Pinwheel, LO Hangs Actual Results: Colored Pinwheel / LO Hangs for a period of time, then produced no save as dialog Expected Results: Present Save as ... dialog so I can rename and save the file as desired. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: [Information automatically included from LibreOffice] Locale: en-US Module: TextDocument [Information guessed from browser] OS: Mac OS X (All) OS is 64bit: no
Thanks for reporting the bug. I understand, that problem appears with every file, correct? Do you recieve the same result in SafeMode (Help => Restart in SafeMode)? If this is the case, could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html ? You can install it alongside the standard version. Please paste also informations from Help => About LibreOffice. Thank you. I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'.
