Not available ! 

Actual Results:
I should uninstall Every LibreOffice components, and re-install LibreOffice to get the latest version 

Expected Results:
My OS is Ubuntu 20.04.1, and I try to install LibreOffice with Ubuntu Software

I didn't understand what you reported. 
If you need help you should use ask.libreoffice.org.
 Bugzilla is just for bugs. 
And one should search in existing open and closed bugs for similar issue.
