I am a new LE-Writer user. I had imported a word.docx file. This file among other things included a list of hyperlinks for my automation hub. I saved this file with the odt extension. The one link I needed required editing before ctrl-click(ing). The pre-edited link was: http://192.168.1.170/hub/advanced/freeOSMemory the changed link is: http://192.168.1.104/hub/advanced/freeOSMemory When I ctrl-click on the edited version the old link is sent to chrome. I then saved the file, retried link = still wrong link set. I saved the file, closed Writer reopened = same result (i.e. wrong link sent) //-------------------------------------// On another line, I manually typed the edited link = worked fine. //-------------------------------------// I created an new Writer document, copied ALL if the problem document into the new document. the now already edited link = worked fine. //-------------------------------------// I saved the document under a new name. In the new document, the link worked correctly. In the original document, I deleted all content except for the subject link. not the link did not work at all. Ctrl-Click did nothing, Ctrl-double click selected a word. Could think of no additional test that might help. John
John, thank you for reporting the bug. I'm not sure, if I understand your steps correct. 1. Open MS Word (I use Word 2016) and insert a hyperlink 2. Save 3. Open document in LO and save as .odt-file. 4. Edit hyperlink 5. Strg + click Result: Target of hyperlink is the old hyperlink instead the edited one. Are the steps correct? If not, can you provide a correct set of steps? Thank you => NEEDINFO
