Description:
Only one of both WMV video's playing in presentation mode (nowdays SKIA previously GDI)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Press F5
3. Click a second time.. 

Actual Results:
One of both video's playing

Expected Results:
Both playing


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

If you switch slides.. so WMV sheet at first.. it runs properly.. If you switch back to second position it runs properly

What does this mean precisely? Starting at the specific slide with Shift+F5? Or something else?

I think this same bug as bug 139503 (GDI). Which I could bibisect.. 
Created a screencast there attachment 168783 [details].. Hoping Miklos taking a (second look). See bug 128353 for why 'second'..

Repro 5.0 and 6.4 with OpenGL. No repro 7.3+ with Skia or GDI.
I dodn't see why this is open if it could be a duplicate.
