Description Steve Helfand 2021-01-12 04:24:25 UTC
Description:
When I print a full page letter that has an email address at the bottom, using Libre Office ver 6.4.7.2 on a iMac with OS 10.14.4 on a canon iP6600d, the only thing that prints is the email address. It is spaced down the page as though the rest of the text printed.

The letter prints correctly on a canon pro-100.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.write document with an email address
2.hit commend-P
3.select canon iP6600d
4. click OK

Actual Results:
lots of blank space and then the email address prints

Expected Results:
print the whole letter with the email address in the correct place as displayed on the screen

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

The problem turned out to be the printer driver. I downloaded a driver for this printer, from canon UK, that was for an earlier operating system and the bug disappeared.

Thank you all for your assistance
