Dialog initial state

In a document with existing Named Ranges with sheet Scope, opening the Mange Names dialog does not set the Scope drop down to the sheet, but leaves it as Document(Global). Selecting a second range, and back to the first (which had been the initial selection on entry) correctly sets Scope to the sheet name.
