Description AndrewAnve 2021-01-14 12:29:14 UTC
Description:
When I insert math formulas using the "Insert Formula" button in LibreOffice Writer, the formula displays as expected. But when I continue editing the odt document, the content of some math formula disappear. If I try to edit the math formula, the internal math script (like {%pi}over{2} ) is gone. The undo command (Ctrl+Z) doesn't restore the content of the math formula.
The issue affects Writer version 7.0.3.1. I've used Writer version 6 and it had the same issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new odt document
2. Insert math formulas
3. Type some text
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3. The more you repeat steps 2 and 3, the more occurrences of the bug you get.

Actual Results:
Some of the math formulas you've created disappeared

Expected Results:
Keep the math formulas intact while I'm not editing them.

Reproducible: Always

I can also reproduce your issue, exactly as you say (and a few times, honestly).
I have seen that your document has plenty of formulas. Indeed, this behaviour has also happened to me but only when the document has a lot of formulas included, and not when I begin to write.

LibreOffice Writer version 7.1.3.2 and I still can reproduce it.
