Description:
Heading formatting style lost if the heading only partly selected

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached fil2
2. Select Text starting with the yellow marking until bottom
3. CTRL+C
4. CTRL+N
5. CTRL+V

Actual Results:
No formatting for heading

Expected Results:
I think it should.. MSO does


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

What you do is to copy not only the heading but also the text paragraph. Think we have done this dance before, didn't we?

Certainly possible. Sadly not in the possession of a really good memory.
