Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 112618 [details]
2. File save as DOCX
3. File reload

Actual Results:
Part of text outside text area

Expected Results:
Visible inside text area


Reproducible: Always

Not sure if the bibisect will result in something useful though..

Caused by 'to paragraph' 'as character' conversion.. And as character not supporting text wrap..

Hmm word has the ability to wrap around..

This is an image + text inside a frame, which is converted to a shape on DOCX export. 
Shape in docx/Word does not support other wrap than "as character" which in turn does not support text wrapping. There is a ton of reports like this in bug #104449.

Also it was not better in 5.2, the image went from first character of the first paragraph to the last character of the first paragraph. This is a bit different layout, but not good by any measure.

One of the earliest image + text inside frame reports is bug #96579. Let's say this is a duplicate of that.
