Description:
Image anchored to paragraph doesn't move with text when pressing Enter

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Press enter beginning of the line
3. Click the image -> Notice anchor still being at the first paragraph

Actual Results:
Image stays behind

Expected Results:
Should move?


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Same.. but more real life scenario.. 
1. Place cursor before yellow marked text
2. Press Enter

Text moves, image doesn't.. It should IMHO. Idea: I want to make some room for new text

An include behavior after exporting to DOCX
