Description:
Anchor and textbox out sync

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open attachment 167190 [details]
2. Select the beispiel frame on page 2
3. Select the anchor and drag it down a paragraph
4. Select the anchor again and drag & it again

Possible fixed already.. 

Actual Results:
Beispiel moves up.. frame stays put

Expected Results:
In sync


Reproducible: Always

Okay so you have to try to drag below the last paragraph. That way I see it happen.

It was good until 4.3, then in 4.4 the shape+textframe implementation started to show this behavior, but even after the first anchor move... even until 6.4.0.

But I can no longer reproduce this in:
