Version: 7.0.4.2
Fedora Linux and Windows 7 64 bit - same problem on both operating systems
Appears to be a recent issue with version 7.0.4.2
I cannot change the table height to anything else than 7.09", either by entering values into box or with mouse.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click table, select size in this case size was 4 columns by 9 rows
2.press F4 to set position & size
3.enter width 10.00", height 6.01", hit enter key
4.press f4 to examine position & size, width is 10.00", height is 7.09"

Actual Results:
Table height stays at 7.09"

Expected Results:
table height should have been 6.01"
