UI: Footnotes and endnote settings has no reset button

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Tools -> Footnotes & Endnotes

Actual Results:
No reset button

Expected Results:
A reset button


Reproducible: Always

Sascha commented in the design meeting it could enhance workflow, but bug 128469 (terminology of Reset/Standard) has to be solved first.

However, Reset works only with hierarchically organized data and will be changed to "Set to Parent". The F&E dialog is kind of global option and would fit into tools > options > writer. If we add Reset it will behave as reset to factory settings and rather add confusion than making dialogs more consistent.
