Description:
Typically [on Windows, at least], if a menu is open and the window looses focus (you activate another window, i.e. notepad), the menu disappears. LibreOffice behaves abnormally here and the menu remains open (at least Calc, Writer and Draw, I didn’t try all components, but I assume, it then affects all).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on a menu (i.e. File) so that it opens
2. Click on a window of a different application (i.e. Notepad)

Actual Results:
the menu remains visible

Expected Results:
the menu should close


Reproducible: Always
