Description:
Undo of changing anchor in docx doesn't restore original layout

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 163564 [details]
2. Save as DOCX
3. Change anchor of figure 4 from 'as character' to character
4. CTRL+Z

Actual Results:
Image on top of the page and mismatch frame & content

Expected Results:
Back to initial


Reproducible: Always

I reproduced with commit 6ee7a3b2c0565c2871d32d704cb2899445b9f88d in Linux 7.2 repo, but not with latest master. I will close as wfm.
