Description:
UI: cursor doesn't adjust size based on font size before typing

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Type Hello
3. Change font size to 88 -> cursor still at 12
4. CTRL+Z
5. Insert a table say 2x2
6. Change font size to 88 -> what I would expect also for main document

Actual Results:
Not adjustment of cursor size

Expected Results:
Adjustment

The cursor is a fix sized object drawn by the OS. LibreOffice shows a vertical ruler where the focus is and this changes with the text size.
