Description:
when  we used  the  vlookup function in  two xls or xlsx  files, the function can't got the right path(only  sheet name),used  mouse  ,not keyword!

 pls try   ,tks,  by the way  , This  error stay  long times  ,from   6.0  to  the newtest  version(7.1.2)


Steps to Reproduce:
1. open 2 xls
2. use  the vlookup in mouse 
3. can't got the right  path!

Actual Results:
1. open 2 xls
2. use  the vlookup in mouse 
3. can't got the right  path!

Expected Results:
1. open 2 xls
2. use  the vlookup in mouse 
3. can't got the right  path!

Can't reproduce

Version: 7.0.4.2
Build ID: dcf040e67528d9187c66b2379df5ea4407429775
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.3; UI render: default; VCL: kf5
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

but in fact don't understand what you mean by "use the vlookup in mouse". If performing the following procedure

- open 2 .xls sheets 
- start typing "=VLOOKUP(x;" (without quotes)
- then moving to second sheet and selecting the array to search in
- moving back to first sheet an finalizing the formula

get a valid and working formula. Could you please specify your procedure?

    can you  follow  my action:

    1.  create 2  files for excel :  A.xls;  B.xls;

    2.  opten the files
    3.  use  need   use the menu
   
         insert ----->function ----vlookup

      from A.xls to B.xls;

     you will found the Error, TKS!

What does it mean: insert ----->function ----vlookup from A.xls to B.xls ?
