Description:
Writer 7.1.0 RC2: 
When making up the document and trying to put in headings or changing a haeding in a file, the new heading toolbar freezes. Another heading cannot be selected. Only closing the document and trying it again helps (soometimes). Then, if this solution works, it takes a long time for Writer to react. 

Actual Results:
Headings in Writer "freeze" and cannot be changed. 

Expected Results:
Headings "freeze"in the document and the preferred other heading cannot be chosen. 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

An example file.. odt.. containing the part of the document exhibiting the issue.. 

The screenshot suggests it not happening in all cases.. or at least my impression (or reading to quick)

Hi all, 

Thanks for the swift reply and attention. I saw that RC3 of LO 7.1 is available, so i installed that version. The problem with headers and footers seems to be solved, or has dissappeared by itself in RC3!  

Thanks as always for the fantastic work you guys do on this remarkable and (for me) perfect app!
