From a custom build (not a daily build), I managed to get log from a successful load with a doc and a failed load with a pptx.

I restricted the log at the time I pressed on the screen to open the document from the FileViewer.
I tried to open it with a fresh version from F-Droid: https://f-droid.org/packages/org.documentfoundation.libreoffice/ Version: 7.6.0.0.alpha1+/5c1c768e128d/ and the file opens in this one fine. Shall we say WFM?

Yes, let's close it as WFM. It works fine for me with that F-Droid version as well. @Vincent: If you're still seeing the issue with a current version of Android Viewer, please reopen this bug and add more details about the LibreOffice and Android versions you're using, as well as an updated ADB log.
I can confirm the problem is solved. Thanks for checking this old bug.

As a hint: In case of creating a bug report for the Android version, it's useful if you set the component to "Android Viewer" right away, so the bug report will be seen by people watching that component earlier then.
