The Background Color tool (wonderfully) retains its last-used setting for a quick poke to re-use. After returning from Print Preview, that preset reverts to its default yellow. To re-create: - use Background Color tool to set a cell to any color other than default yellow - see cell changed color - see color band under Background Color tool icon changed to same color - Print Preview - close Print Preview - see color band under Background Color tool icon changed to yellow - poke Background Color tool - see cell changed to default yellow
