Description:
Undo produces wrong results (frames)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save to DOCX
3. File reload
4. Select the red frame
5. Change anchor from 'as anchor' 'to anchor'
6. Press Undo

Likely a duplicate.. but well

Actual Results:
Not proper restaurantion

Expected Results:
Should be the case


Reproducible: Always
