Fileopening ODT: Slow file opening (8 seconds with 4.4.7.2 nowadays 30 sec)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 163771 [details]

Actual Results:
30 seconds (6.2 and 7.2)

Expected Results:
9 seconds Versie: 6.0.4.1



Reproducible: Always

xmloff: convert XMLTextParagraphExport to get rid of "GraphicURL"

On my old-ish company laptop opening the file took 22-25 seconds (measured on my phone), after this commit the time went somewhere to the 1.5-2 minutes range.

Thanks for the bibisect.. kind of reluctant to bibisect myself.. the continuous waiting  (even if you kill the process after 45 seconds)

I have optimised loading this kind of file in a series of commits in another bug - tdf#135316

It loads in < 10s on my machine
