In my perception, yes. Happily to put in under 'ENHANCEMENT". And maybe the movement is not best example. Say image deletion. And simply compare MSO

What is the sense of 'Record Changes' If skips 20% of the changes?

I don't see the Help as proper reference. If things don't exists, never existed but should be working ideally. If the help would mention the 'desired' result and not the factual functionality, well.. would call it misleading..

I already argued that 'Undo' and "Track changes systems" should be merged ideally. Undo is far better in registering changes. But this are currently to in depend systems for historical reasons I guess. And the suggestion is taken seriously at DEV side, but this won't happen any time soon. Landing at long term or super long term (10-20 years); but maybe the world changed in that period and it isn't needed anymore at all?

Telesto we had some improvements with tracking changes of images (for example bug 59436, bug 142698, bug 142701). So could you please retest?

Image deletion is tracked, at least for some anchors.
Image movement is probably too much and of no use, I mark WontFix.
