Description:
An image border at once side of an image is exported as border all around in DOCX

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload

Actual Results:
Border all around

Expected Results:
Border at left side only


Reproducible: Always

Looked at my Word 2019 a bit, it can only support an all sides border line it seems, and it cannot be turned on/off on single sides.

When reporting format conversion bugs, it is rather important to first determine whether that feature is possible in the target format.
