Description:
I run the nightly build on a surface pro tablet.  I would like to be able to move vertically through my documents by pressing and dragging up and down.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.hold finger on screen
2.drag up or down
3.

Actual Results:
highlights txt

Expected Results:
moves me up or down


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
I have nothing further to add other than that I like the program, good job!  I am only submitting this request because I feel the touch controls are the only thing that makes msoffice feel superior.
