Description:
Text distribution with 'anchor to character' off on file open with columns on file open (even looked good at save)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the chart
3. Arrow down/Arrow up (this is the expected result)
4. Save
5. Reload -> Broken again

Actual Results:
Wrong distribution

Expected Results:
Proper


Reproducible: Always
