Description: When I create a list or table the lower toolbar opens. The toolbar is missing the border at the top. The same happens with every lower toolbar. Steps to Reproduce: 1.open writer 2.create a list or a table (or open another lower toolbar) 3. appears the lower toolbar Actual Results: The toolbar is missing the border at the top. Expected Results: There should be a border on the top of the toolbar (as with other OS).
