Description:
Frame and content split after undo (previously already on file open)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the image frame
3. Change the anchor from as character 'to to character
4. undo

Actual Results:
Split

Expected Results:
Not split


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Only the first changing of the anchor causes a split now after:

Before this undo caused a split, but not anymore.

Confirming, but this behavior is pretty much the same as documented in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=140208#c5

Thinking a bit more about this, we can close this bug.

The undo part is fixed, for the anchor change we have several others like bug 143143
