Crash swlo!SwNodes::UpdateOutlineIdx+0x76:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. CTRL+A
3. CTRL+C
4. CTRL+N
5. CTRL+V
6. CTRL+Z
7. CTRL+Y -> Lost formatting reported separately
8. CTRL+V
9. CTRL+Z

Maybe kind of a different dance.. CTRL+Y CTRL+X CTRLY CTRL+V

Actual Results:
Eventually a crash. But throwing many warning in advance

Expected Results:
No crash


Reproducible: Always

Hi Telesto,
Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ?
You can install it alongside the standard version.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the master build
