Description: When I put a range of cells to change the formatting with the idea of crossing out a whole row or part of it depending on a cell from which I make the selection only does it with the first cell of the range and not with all of it. The idea is to have 7 rows that I show if in the cell A9 I have from values A9=7 I show row 7 and all rows from 1 to 7 except 7 crossed out or blank with a censored style white letters on white background. A9=2 the same for row 2. A9=0 or blank, shows everything normal. I do the conditional formatting in a range and the condition in a cell but it only does it in the first cell of the range. I think it is a bug in the programming of this functionality. Steps to Reproduce: 1.conditional formatting 2.Range D3:D10 3.formula: A9=7 Actual Results: only cell D3 changes Expected Results: I expected the whole range of cells to change.
