Description ballardmail 2021-02-15 12:45:06 UTC
Description:
When I scroll using the Apple bluetooth connected trackpad, Writer documents (docx format) crash and all unsaved changes are lost -- but scrolling with a Logitech usb connected trackball works perfectly. Interestingly, the Apple bluetooth connected keyboard also works perfectly.

I'm using LibreOffice 7.1.0.3 on an Intel MacMini running MacOS 11.2.1 (Big Sur). My problem did not exist in LibreOffice 6.4.7 or in 7.0.4 -- so it was not caused by anything my system, and was definitely introduced by version 7.1

I just updated MacOS from 11.2.1 to 11.2.2 and the bug is gone -- scrolling works fine now… ????

So let's close as RESOLVED WORKSFORME. Feel free to change it back to UNCONFIRMED, if it happens again. If possible add link to crash report.
