From "About LibreOffice" Version: 7.1.0.3 (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: f6099ecf3d29644b5008cc8f48f42f4a40986e4c CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: CL
I can't reproduce it in Version: 7.1.0.3 (x86) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: f6099ecf3d29644b5008cc8f48f42f4a40986e4c CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 6.1 Service Pack 1 Build 7601; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: es-ES (es_ES); UI: es-ES Calc: threaded To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
I responded to Xisco's email to me: Xisco Fauli, Thanks, yes, resetting my user profile does fix the problem. In my bug report, I did say that it works fine in safe mode. I wish the directions for resetting user profile were more specific. Renaming user folder to user-old is not really helpful. I now have no list of previously opened files, no templates, etc. I can go into the options settings and make changes. It would be splendid to know what exactly to change in in those options. I also mentioned that I did not see anywhere anything about OpenGL. Thank you for your help. You can close this bug report. I'll try to figure out what is more specific to my issue. I sent this email back to bugzilla-daemon@bugs.documentfoudation.org..... but it was returned as bad address, so I am sending it to your email address. Dean Williams
