Description:
PDF export 1.6: The document does not conform to the requested standard.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download attachment 169788 [details]
2. Open Writer
3. Insert -> Image -> Low quality result (bug 140449)
4. File -> Export -> PDF default settings
5. No test the result: https://www.pdf-online.com/osa/validate.aspx

Actual Results:
The name P0 of a pattern dictionary resource is unknown.

The document does not conform to the requested standard.

The document doesn't conform to the PDF reference (missing required entries, wrong value types, etc.).

The document does not conform to the PDF 1.6 standard.

Expected Results:
Valid
