Description: Distinct comment actions are on two places in Menu * Edit > Comment > * Insert > Comment Consolidate or/and add Insert comment also to Edit > Comment submenu Steps to Reproduce: 1. review a document and add comments and reply to comments Actual Results: The user has to visit two different parts of the menu tree to insert a comment a to reply to an existing comment. Expected Results: Actions to comments shall be consolidated to a single place. I don't support but let's UX. Insert is used mostly via icon or shortcut.
Inserting a comment is a different action that editing (delete, resolve etc.). Would you search for Reply at Insert? Or vice versa to insert anything at edit? While I agree to some extend that splitting the action is unusual it was done deliberately.
