WorkingFiles for reproducing this problem with moving arrows in tables

I encountered following bug:

I have a Writer ODT-File with a table, in which i have a picture and want to position an arrow to a special position.

After file saving and reopening this ODT-File, the position of the arrow has changed to the right side:
  attached File: ArrowMoved1.png

But it should look like this:
  attached File: ArrowStillOnPosition.png

The difference between this good and bad files are, that the table goes from page 1 to page 2 (filled with CarriageReturn).
In the good file (TestA7_OK.odt), the table is only on page 1 and doesn't go about 2 pages.
In the bad file (TestA8_failure), the table goes from page 1 to page 2.

I think this is a problem with a table goes over more than one pages.

To reproduce this behaviour, i have attached a zip-File with all files and screenshots.

I confirm it with

Version: 7.1.1.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: fe0b08f4af1bacafe4c7ecc87ce55bb426164676
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: CL

Steps to reproduce
1. Open Test_A7OK from attachment 169852 [details]
2. In thir cell place curser at the first paragraph
3. Add a lot of paragraphs until curso is on first paragraph on second page (Notice: Arrow is still at te same place in the picture)
4. Save and reload

Actual result:
Position of arrow change (new position: From left by 16,23 cm to paragraph area; old positon: From left by 8,89 cm to paragraph area)
