Entering the search phrase

Searching for a specific help topic in German offline help finds results, but when I click on a result, I'm directed to some topic that does not contain the match indicated.
It seems the search links or targets are completely broken.

For example when I search for "Beschriftung", then select "Tabellen im Text -- Beschriftungen" in the search results, I'm directed to
file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/LibreOffice/help/de/text/shared/optionen/01040900.html?DbPAR=SHARED#bm_id3145119.
That page does not contain the topic searched for.
