For Linux I suggest using appimages as the sole packaging format at https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org, so builds can be easily tested from any distro by any kind of user.

This topic is not LO bug so not really for Bugzilla. 
There's a separate TDF infrastructure system called Redmine. 

As for ApoImage, it's available via LO page in Download or directly at https://libreoffice.soluzioniopen.com/ with daily builds. Not clear if you aware of that. 

So I close. But you may explain further.
