Description:
When tabs are showing in a dialog, or when the user interface is set to tabs, the selected tab its text is the same color as the background. So, you can't read it. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a libreoffice document
2. set user interface to tabbed
3. try read current selected tab text

Actual Results:
Text not readable on current selected tab

Expected Results:
Readable text of the tab


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
In safe-mode the same layout is shown

Does this problem occur with any desktop theme, or only dark theme ?
