Try to disable Vulkan/Skia (Start safe mode, select option "Configure" and option "Disable hardware acceleration (OpenGL, OpenCL, Vulkan)" and click button "Apply Changes and Restart").

Does that fix your problem?

Hello,

While I'm not the original creator of this bug, I am having exactly the same issue: LibreOffice starts and almost immediately the system displays "LibreOffice does not respond"
Even opening it in safe mode displays the same message.

I have reset my user profile (by changing the profile folder name).

Disabling hardware acceleration does not change anything.

I'm on Fedora 35 (5.14.16-301.fc35) and using LibreOffice 7.2.2.2. The system is a fresh install (I upgraded to Fedora 35 by formatting the disk and making a fresh install).
I don't remember having the issue before upgrading.

Regards,
Piratmac

Hi Marcos and Piratmac

Please install a LibreOffice version that is still actively developed (7.4 or 7.5) and please let us know if you can still reproduce your issue.
If you still have the same issue, please share exactly which version you used and what operating system (and version) you are using.

Furthermore, Piratmac, for issues of this type, I would probably open a different report if you are using a different operating system. Marcos is on Windows.

Thank you!
