Created attachment 169999 [details] Zip with a Writer document, two screenshots showing the error and one SVG image created in InkScape version 1.0 (4035a4fb49, 2020-05-01) Example of SVG images not rendered correct in version 7.x. The image is displayed, but there's a lot of 'white parts' mixed into the image. Since the release of 7.x, I have at intervals fetched and installed the latest versions to see if this issue was solved. I have lately tried with version 7.1.0.3, but the problem still exist, so I decided to file this bug report. You should know, that I have no problems in version 6.4.7.2. In the attached zip you'll find the SVG image and a writer document with this image included. The SVG image is created in InkScape version 1.0 (4035a4fb49, 2020-05-01). The zip also holds two screenshots showing the differences when rendering in 6.4.7.2 and 7.1.0.3. I have marked this bug as critical because these SVG images are useless in a document. You can change this to a lower level if needed - I can still use version 6.4.7.2. If you need the original document (50 MB) with ~ 20 different SVG images with the same problem (all created in the same inkscape version) - just let me know.

I confirm it with Version: 7.1.1.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: fe0b08f4af1bacafe4c7ecc87ce55bb426164676 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB Calc: CL Might be related to or might be a duplicate of another bug with svg issue (see meta bug 88278). but I'm not familiar enough with svg-files to assess this.
The was a bug but no more, test master 7.2+. Confirming a bug should be with master.
This way, a lot of noise mails went for meta bug recipients.
