This bug was filed from the crash reporting server and is br-3362ae6d-bdda-48fe-a7bb-02570f87b04e. ========================================= I worked in multiple windows, in dual monitor setup (sided-by-side, not duplicating view). Seems I just moved mouse at some corner while popup of other program ("SafeEyes" as remainder to make break) over entire screen appeared. There are more reports with same signature: https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/signature/vcl::Window::GetPointerPosPixel
Thanks for reporting this issue. Could you please paste the info from Help - about LibreOffice ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the information has been provided
Version: 7.1.0.3 / LibreOffice Community Build ID: f6099ecf3d29644b5008cc8f48f42f4a40986e4c CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.3; UI render: GL; VCL: kf5 Locale: lt-LT (lt_LT.UTF-8); UI: lt-LT Calc: threaded
Just for the test, could you try this: - open a terminal/console - export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen && soffice --calc - reproduce the bug The goal is to know if it's qt/kf5 LO implementation related.
I see bugs with same crash signature also with GTK3 interface (instead of QT), e.g.: https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/crash_details/665ab095-0844-44ae-8968-d0ce1974fd49 https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/crash_details/42e77161-668e-489c-a926-fb249c0762ab https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/crash_details/632702e2-d3cb-4c62-a723-aa6f3be1f701 Indeed, seeems majority crash with such https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/signature/vcl::Window::GetPointerPosPixel signature was in GTK3 interface
Ok don't bother with gen rendering test then.
Removing from the kf5 metabug again, since backtrace doesn't look particularly kf5-specific, and it happens with gtk3 as well (s. comment 4).
Looking at https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/signature/vcl::Window::GetPointerPosPixel, it seems the issue is not reproducible in Libreoffice 7.1.1.2 nor 7.1.2.2 Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
