Description: I can open files from the windows share folder in libreoffice 7, but cannot save them back nor can I save new documents. I cannot also access the remote shares from writer. This is not a problem from version 6. Ubuntu 20.04 OS, samba for access server: windows 2019 Steps to Reproduce: 1.try to save file onto Windows share folder 2. 3. Actual Results: Will not see the share, cannot access it. Expected Results: open the share and allow you to save to it. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: It worked on the older version and does now.

I was able save a local file to a windows share with 7.3+ (Ubuntu 20.04 saving to an Ubuntu samba server.)
Please provide much more details steps. Are you using "save remote"? (I assume you must be since your LO is running on Ubuntu.) What kind of file are you trying to save? Just an ODT? Are you getting an error message? Please provide the exact wording from it. If "open remote" can see the share, how can "save remote" not even see the share?
