Description:
A copy/paste from a web page of a spanish accented word, sometimes has a bad result. (For example from https://www.boe.es/buscar/doc.php?id=BOE-A-2004-15601 to impress the word "técnico" became "t�cnico"

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a web page with spanish accented word
2.copy/paste into impress
3.failed to paste the accent

Actual Results:
1.open a web page with spanish accented word
2.copy/paste into impress
3.failed to paste the accent

Expected Results:
The accent should be copied corrected. The issue seems to affect only impress and only on plasma desktop (no problem on gnome)
