Description:
Trying to change the position of a sheet in a large presentation, sometimes I use cut/paste. I noticed that on plasma desktop (5.21) impress refuses to paste the sheet but just paste the content of the sheet above the content of the selected sheet 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.cut a sheet of a presentation
2.select an existing sheet and paste


Actual Results:
impress just puts the content of the pasting sheet above the one you selected

Expected Results:
Impress shoud paste the sheet just after the one you selected (as it does for example on gnome)


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

In which view in Impress do you cut the slide ?

If I cut a slide in the left panel "slides" and paste it over another selected slide, the slide is pasted just after the selected slide.

I can confirm it affects only plasma (not gnome) on wayland (not X11)

Could you please try on wayland (on X11 it seems to behave fine)

Still not reproducible for me in a Wayland session with LO 7.1.3.0.0+ under Ubuntu 18.04 x86-64.
